The alarm works as described. It was low quality manufacturing in my opinion. Screws had come out of the contact terminals and I had to search the box for them. Auxiliary contacts are internal and hard to place wire into to terminate. Speaker kept falling out. I had to glue it into place.
I was positive I ordered the vertical Reed switch with this unit but it came with a mechanical float switch. Hmm oh well it works.

Alarm is nice and loud. Easy to install. 9V batter backup which I had initially overlooked, so a nice bonus. Silence button is nice. Very long float, cord so easy to place.
