1 & 2.) Yes, the remote indicates either the local temperature at the location of the remote or the main/master remote control. You can select which it will indicate and will control the HVAC system 3) The numbers are not that that big. I would say the main temperature display is around the size of a quarter. The 4) I can't help with this one.
I can help. I installed this unit myself. No 1 yes, current room temperature. No 2 Yes Temperature at Them location. No 3 I am senior also. Numbers are 3/4 of inch . No 4 It is wireless with module on furnace Outside temp has a new module outside. Neither is wired to anything ..Change over is great. I installed . it is wireless.

One. I tried connecting a second remote, but it merely replaced the first remote, which stopped working.
It will work, as long as your thermostat is RedLINK enabled.
I am pretty sure you can sync up other devices. I think the instructions tell you how. I believe I may have actually done this with my wireless outdoor sensor.
It depends. If your current remote is one of the Honeywell RedLINK wireless systems then this "should" work, but you best check with the manufacturer to be on the safe side.
