Ideal for venting stubborn steam radiators!
Had one radiator out of a 16-unit 1930's steam 2-pipe system that just wouldn't flow properly. I replaced the steam trap (also from SupplyHouse) but no-go. Only if I cracked open the Union but would I get some nice flow and heat. Drilled out the original 1/4 plug, tapped the hole for NPT and this vent worked great!

I would buy again.
All brass so nothing to dry rot away after a few years of heat. The price was about a 1/3 of what the local stores were selling for.
