Works Reliably
Compatible with Honeywell gas valve 4288061 (among many others).
From my experience installing these burners on my two boilers: Be sure to have replacement tubing on hand, and be careful to keep the ends straight, especially the end that goes into the burner since it requires the longer (0.78") fitting to clear the end of the bracket.

Very questionable performance.
Installed the unit in my furnace and it has me concerned. It takes a long time to light and at least once has not lit during the initial lighting sequence. Pilot valve has been adjusted to provide best possible flow but it is still not lighting as quickly as it should.

Leaks a bit
It works. But there is some gas/flame leakage at the compression fitting between the pilot igniter and the pilot tube. The ignitor cable boot is getting scorched as a result.
I followed the directions and tightened the nut one full turn after finger-tight, but it's leaking. Must I tighten it further?

I replaced the Pilot Sensor on my Unit after 9yr of used. Old one somehow broke right off the ceramic and off the bracket. it was old and dirty. I Woke up cold and went to bed nice and warm after replacing the Pilot Sensor and Wire. Quick same day pick up and DIY.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffWe carry a pilot burner for LP gas by White Rodgers with a .013 orifice. The SKU # is 262A384WM13. This would be the closest to the .012 orifice that you are interested in.
