3/8" Vacuum Rated Hose
This is a very good product that was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. This hose aids with getting systems vacuumed faster. The fact that it had 1/4" SAE Flare on both ends is a plus because it eliminates the need for adapter fittings. This hose is heavily constructed and looks to be of the best quality.

2 Failed Under A Year
I Purchased 4 Of These Hoses For Recovering Refrigerant. In Less Than A Year Of Use 2 Hoses Failed And Developed Leaks. 2 Are Still Working, However Both Of Those Crack When Bent So I'm Guessing They Will Fail In The Very Near Future. I used the higher capacity hose to pull a vacuum to 250microns and it was 3x faster than my regular 1/4" hoses.

Used with Appion valve core tool, deep vacuum pulled at opposite service valve in just a couple of minutes. Plenty large for residential work.

3/8 hose with 1/4 ends....
Vital that it has 1/4 connections for HVAC work....the 3/8 hose makes recovery recharge go much faster....but you need to know it has 1/4" ends
