Great customer service!
I bought this boiler and it came damaged but I didn't know it until I opened the box. I thought I would be out of luck since I wasn't able to open the package until a few weeks after receiving it since we didn't need it right away. When I called and explained to customer service, they said they would replace it at no cost to me, no questions asked! What a relief and what a great experience! The replacement boiler is now installed and is working fine.

Q: What is the advantage of using this electric boiler vs using a Stiebel Eltron on-demand electric water heater? This unit is almost $1,700 more.
