Series 100's three-piece, oil lubricated design provides for easy field service with bearings, shaft and seal all housed in an assembly which can be easily repaired or replaced. The Series 100 oil lubricated motor is specifically designed for the Series 100, and its resilient mounting provides quiet, dependable service with minimum annual lubrication. UL and CSA listings are standard. The design of this motor, coupled with its overall hydraulic performance, allows the Series 100 to overcome system related noise caused by valves, fittings, or piping.

Perfect fit, works like a champ
The oil ports are obscured by the electrical connectors making it impossible to oil the motor. Had to rig a tube to allow eternal lubrication while in operation.

stop changing things
The pump is great, but they changed the flange bolt hole size and I had to replace the flanges on the pipe. The reason I bought the B & G was so it would be easer to replace the pump, but it was not in this case. When I realized the problem I called customer service and they help me with ordering the right flanges. Very pleased with the people at Pex. thank you

Q: I was cleaning out a heater area and came accross one of these pumps. It is complete as far as I can tell,( just like pictured). Do you know of anyone that could tell me about it. There are several numbers on it M0293 3-88, M74794, Bearing assembly is 189166 and the third piece is P00381.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIt appears to us that you may have an HV Series circulator (part 102210). These pumps include a model 189166 bearing assembly and 189124 (the current version of P00381) casting.
