Works great!

Heard about this on an episode of this old house. Had to replace my old circulating pump so thought I would give this a try. Installed on the suction to my pump and is working perfectly. Keeps my hot water hot instantly at all locations and doesn't require the circulating pump to run continuously. Was an easy install, just make sure you order the correct size to fit your water lines.

Works great!

I got this to prevent my hot water recirculator from running continuously. I placed it on the pipes that exit my hot water tank. By changing the sensor's position on the pipe, I can adjust how often the recirculator cycles because the water cools faster the farther away from the tank it is. By using it in this way, I can overcome the fact that the sensor itself is not temperature-adjustable.
