Bad product, a lot of vibration noise
This product emits a lot of noise while the ac is on, if you live in a quiet environment I wouldn't recommend. Call them and let them know about this and they say they can't do any think about it. Really bad customer service.

Good purchase
Did a few of these in a new ductwork situation, they are good. They throw the air nicely. The internal dampers louvers are plastic, and the vent body and louver gears are aluminum.

Functions as expected. Quiet delivery of air
Some of these devices rattle when too much air is directed to them in zoning applications. These seem to be quiet and stable and function perfectly.
