Great Product
Saw what appeared to be two of the same diffuser with different prices on the website. This one was perfect. Just what I needed for a T-bar ceiling. I was worried after reading reviews of it arriving bent or damaged, but no problems. It was packaged in a box within a much larger box around it. It was packaged with the vents compressed, but they simply slide out and lock into position. The vents are not flush with the ceiling and extend down a couple of inches.

The product was good quality, price was fair and shipping time was perfect. Only issue was packing. When received 2 of the 3 registers needed sheet metal reforming due to no protective wrap (foam, hard cardboard etc) around the frame. Luckily, I've worked with sheet metal for 50 years , have the tools and was able to re-form the bent/dented areas to an acceptable/usable condition....

Damage items and late arrival
I ordered 14 items and 4 of those were damage beside receiving with 2 day delay.
I called customer service and they said we will send you replacement for damage items and never send me anything.
