Great product and amazing customer service
These diffusers are such a step up for a drop ceiling! Easy to put in, they look beautiful, and the air flow feels like it diffuses better than the standard, small round ones. I will say I had issues with the product being damaged in transit, but customer service was incredibly quick and easy to work with and they quickly sent new ones to replace the damaged ones I received. I think my only critique would be to pack the diffusers with some padding so they don't get damaged in transit, but customer service is 10/10 and I am very happy with the product. I would order from this company again!

Well built diffuser
These are very good diffusers. Half the cost at local stores and better construction. One issue. When ordering, make sure that they are double boxed. UPS damaged it in shipment but supply house replaced it no cost and expedited the exchange. Very pleased!

I have bought this product over and over again!
We are currently replacing old vent style and I have ordered over 300 of these diffuser vents over the past 6 months. They are great! Easy to install and the bigger vent slits are easier to clean. I generally order 10-12 at a time and get them the next day.
