Significantly cheaper than the other brands, We had to rework something and used the shark bite push fit remover tool, and the little plastic tube on one end came out of the fitting. We were able to reinsert the tube, and it seems to work fine, no leaks. Just FYI to those buying out there.

! would not buy this product again.
I used this check valve to connect 3/4" copper to 3/4" pex for water supply from the meter to my house. This valve failed after only a couple of months. The thin metal lip on the fitting holding the plastic insert, o-ring, and lock ring in place ripped apart. Obviously poor quality lead to this failure.

solved a big problem
I was having trouble with an on-demand water heater flame cutting off. Solved it by preventing backpressure on the hot water flow from the supply side through a shower mixer body. Also blocked cold water from bypassing the boiler to other hot taps. Installed in seconds.

Excellent product
Had a rattling sweet Bluefin check valve. Replaced it with this one and is wisher quiet. If they they have a model that can slide deeper so you can remove it without cutting pipes will be perfect.
