Pressure relief valves are recommended for all cold water system installations - to protect against damage to piping and pressure tanks. Set at 75 PSI, ( ± ) 15% setting accuracy, field adjustments are not recommended.
These valves are not T & P valves that are required with water heaters.

Well Made
Seems to be good quality, hard to say how well it works since this is a safety feature that should never go off, unless something goes really wrong with your pressure switch. Some of these are adjustable but this one is not which is fine with me because I don't have to worry about messing the settings up.
