Description

The polyester pleated filters are suited for a variety of uses and can be used in residential, commercial and industrial applications. The non-woven polyester filter media is pleated around a polypropylene core for added strength and stability. The pleated surface area provides greater sediment and dirt holding capacity while maintaining flow rate and reducing initial pressure drop.
Product Specifications:
- Manufactured from FDA grade material for potable water
- Head comes with dual 1" FPT and 1-1/2" FPT threads on both inlet and outlet connections, c/w pressure relief / bleed button on inlet side
- Positive "stop" in white polypropylene head and clear styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) bowl connecting threads prevents overtightening of filter bowl
- Securely retained "O"-ring ensures an effective seal between head and bowl, eliminating potential leaks due to accidental misplacement of "O"-ring
- Mounting bosses molded in head for available mounting bracket
- Maximum operating temperature rating: 125°F (52°C)
- NSF/ANSI Standard 42
