The Cash Acme F-30 Relief Valve is designed for use on hot water service only and is not to be used on steam.
The Cash Acme F-30 is a compact and economical ASME Safety Relief Valve for use on hot water space heating boilers, water supply heaters, and storage tanks.
The Cash Acme F-30 is available in 3/4" size only. The standard factory pressure relief setting of 30 psi. Our F-30 pressure only relief valve features an all brass body, brass internal parts, a silicone seat disc and a stainless steel pressure spring.

A FIne, Compact Valve For A Good Price
This Cash Acme F30 relief valve is a nice product, sold at a good price point.
The threads on this unit were cut very accurately, leading to a leak-free installation. As a pressure safety device should, this valve slowly starts releasing pressure shortly before reaching 30 PSI. This is a very important safety feature. (Early release prevents a rupture of components should the pressure rise faster than the gauge can release it.) The valve body is quite compact, allowing for better clearance in tight areas. I don't remember ever having problems with any Cash Acme product.

Lasted 3 1/2 months.
Started to drip. Frightened me as I thought it was the tank itself. I reordered, the same one and hopefully the new one will last a little longer.

fast, great prices
I bought a couple of these to keep on the shelf after having to buy one locally for four times the amount. It was the same thing. I also have purchased all the consumable parts, for this heating system, to keep on the shelf. I sleep better now.

Compact & Functions Fine
This Cash Acme F30 is rated 500-k btu, so it should work on any system that has 3/4" safety port. It is far smaller than the comparable Watts. (Better price, too) Recently, we had a test that showed the valve starts trickling 2 psi-g early- exactly what a relief valve should do. This prevents a huge explosion of water for an instant open. . The threads are cut very accurately and cleanly for easy installation without fear of damage to the fitting. Cash Acem always makes good items. I have a Cash Acme hose nozzle that is over 100 year old and it still works fine.
