Life Saver for Faulty Shutoffs
This is a retrofit for faucet or toilet shutoffs. After shutting off the house water, remove the supply line from the shutoff and attach the supply stop. There is an o-ring embedded in the retrofit that gives a solid leak proof connection at the old shutoff. Turn the faulty shutoff to the completely on position (ccw) to seal the valve stem. Turn back on the house water. This works great if you feed a bidet and want to turn off the water if you leave the house unoccupied.

Exactly what I needed !!
I had a frozen shutoff valve on the master toilet in a very difficult to reach spot. This valve was perfect and with only a 1/4 turn I can now turn the water off without turning off the water supply to the entire house. I highly recommend this top quality valve.
