Are your tired of having to replace your undersink shutoff each time you replace the ceramic catridges in yourbathroom sinks? Consider using Dahl over the junk sold at all your big box stores. Me, I finally got tired of having drips each and every time I attempted to shutoff water simply because the locally sore bought shutoffs all use plastic parts and inferior o-rings which always fail. These Dahl 3/8-inch FIP shutoffs cost almost twice the cost but simply last even after prolonged use going back over 18 plus years. I also avoid using flex water supply lines and prefer solid chromed copper supply lines. They take longer to cut and bend however I've yet to see one leak when properly sized and installed.

If you are tired of constantly having to replace your undersink shutoffs seriously consider purchase these Dahl branded shutoffs. You pay a tad more but save over the long run. I'm in the process or replacing all my undersink shutoffs due to the fact all the shutoffs sold at the local ranged-colored box store always fail and drip whever you replace failed faucet ceramic catridges. The junk sold locally just never hold up over time. The weight alone of these Dahl shutoffs immediately show quality materials are used during manufacture. I hate plumbing work and had I used Dahl valves when we purchased out home over 46 years ago I not only would have save money but labor. If you compare a imported value to dahl you immediately see solid brass is used thoughout.

Perfect shutoff for replacing some very old, non functional bathroom sink shutoffs.

For any homeowner who has had the issue of dripping water supply line shutoffs whenever you have to replace neoprene washers or ceramic cartridges these Dahl angle stop ball valves are the cure. Sure you can purchase sink supply line shutoffs at your local hardware store or the "orange" warehouse however we all know a year later when you need to shut down the undersink valve, they will either drip or worse case refuse to completely shut off incoming water reliably. For a few dollars more these Dahl ball valves will almost guarantee "leak free" shutoffs for a guaranteed 25 years according to the manufacturer. Not only do they look hundred of time better, the weight and design are simply amazing. I've now stocked at least one each of the 3/8" FIP and 1/2"FIP Dahl valves on the shelf for a emergency situation. SupplyHouse has the cheapest and widest assortment of Dahl valves but even more amazing if you get your order in before 10am you will get delivery the following day...cannot beat this for either convenience or cost!

Even when you money is no object there wasn't anything locally available in a quality angle stop ball valve which would be leak or drip proof after being installed a few years until I found Dahl. These Canadian made under sink supply shutoffs come with an amazing manufacturers guarantee but are 5 times heavier in weight than the imported junk sold locally and at my local "orange colored" bricks and mortar big box store. Price of these valves are twice the price however there comes a time when it is absurd to replace the cheaper ones every other year when they fail and start to drip. Replaced a total of four leakers with these new Dahl branded valves and will now stock up with spares on my next Supplyhouse.com re-order. For all you homeowners who are sink and tired of having to replace failed supply shutoffs every other year consider Dahl...these Canucks know how to make a decent valve

I tried using this to install an angle shutoff for a dishwasher. Dahl makes excellent products and I wasn't able to use this because the out connection requires a different fitting than an 3/8 comp.
