1/2" FIP Male Hose Boiler Drain, Pack of 2, Lead Free (Rough Brass)

I had a small space to work with and these valves worked perfectly. I looked all over locally for this particular type of valve and ran across these from Supply House. I received them very quickly (two days) and am very pleased with them.

The valves were exactly as I ordered and the shipping speed was excellent.

Quarter-turn ball valves less likely to corrode and stick than the usual cheap valves used by builders. Installation was easy: hardest part was cleaning the fittings after removing the old valves. Short form-factor leaves plenty of room to get to the valve handles.

I have a pretty shallow area behind my washing machine and the hoses were rubbing on the back of it. These low-profile valves bought me a few inches of space that I needed.

Worked perfectly for replacing my washing machine supply line valves. I had copper with a male connector coming from the wall. These were great!

My previous valves, which were not ball valves, deteriorated after a few years, but I expect these to last a very long time.

The valves work great. They were able to be installed easily because of their compact size. They fit very easily in my existing washing machine box, the old boiler valves were larger and harder to remove than these were to install. Only a low force is needed to open and close these ball valves, the short handles are not problem.

I wanted washing machine supply valves that mated to male fittings on copper pipe. These are compact 1/4 turn valves that met that requirement and are very well made.

The product is described as boiler valves. I purchased for valves to my wash machine because they had color coded levers and I needed a female connection. My only regret is that the levers are small and I wish they were larger.
