Fixed My Leaky Radiator
Great company, and great piece. The piece arrived quickly and as advertised. It fixed my leaky radiator.
I'm no plumber. I just had a leaky radiator and saw that the leak came from a piece that looked like this "packing gland." I ordered the packing gland on a whim, and sure enough, it solved my problem. This packing gland, a small hex key (to pop off the operator), and a wrench (to unscrew the old packing gland and to screw in the new one) were all I needed.

10 in a box?
These are exactly what I needed. The only negative is that the manufacturer web site states that they are sold 10 to a box so I assumed when I ordered 10, it would be a full box. They came pretty much loose since they all fell out of the little foam blocks.
