The CP-22 is suitable for use with condensate from HVAC systems including high efficiency furnaces and humidifiers which produce acidic condensate. This rugged pump has 22 feet of lift, compared to the typical 20 feet. The CP-22 has a number of features and benefits including vibration dampening feet and motor mounts, metal hang tabs, four versatile inlet holes, an easy to understand indicator display, a simple float switch and check valve. Integrating the CP-22 into your system is easy. 1/4" quick connect terminals provide easy connection to the built in overflow switch. Two terminals are provided allowing the installer flexibility to connect air handler shut-down. Switch features SPDT isolated contacts ready for connection to building automation systems.

Much Better Than I Expected!
I use this condensate pump for the water that comes from my high efficiency gas furnace to pump it out at a higher level.
I had purchased a pump from Lowe's a couple years ago that was very noisy and really startled a heating company technician. That's when I decided to try another. This pump is great; there will always be some noise--it's a PUMP. It is so much quieter than the previous one I had. I really appreciated having the vinyl tubing included and the connector wire accessory for the safety shut-off as an option. The status lights are a bonus.
All previous pumps had 4 screws to remove the bottom container for periodic cleaning--yes, periodic cleaning is a great idea to eliminate slime and eventually possible mold. This one has a push out the sides of the plastic container, which I don't like as much because I was concerned about breaking it. I simply took care when doing that. Before installing, be sure to check that the check valve is securely tightened (mine was not) to prevent water leakage. Just remember--it's plastic and don't OVER-tighten!

Very flimsy, cheaply made
The pump is very flimsy and cheaply made, the plastic container is very fragile, it easly breaks, looks like they optimized the cost of it to cents.
Prefer a sturdier built pump as it is a critical item and cause a lot of damage when failing.

This Condensate Pump is just fantastic.
I am very happy with this Condensate Pump. It is very well built and it was so very easy to install. As sturdy as this item is built, I do not anticipate having to replace it for many years. However, if I ever need to replace it, I certainly would consider purchasing an exact replica of this item.

Pump works great
This pump is on my high efficiency HVAC unit and pumps water up 8 feet then through PVC pipe about 25 feet to the drain and works exactly as expected. Price was about 25 dollars below pumps at the big box stores.
