Actually only a 15 minute timer, but works well!
Easy to install and works perfectly with my bathroom fan system. I timed the cycle and it's only 15 minutes, not 20. This isn't a big deal though, 15 minutes is plenty.

Q: I see that this is for the Fantech HRV/ERV, but is it just a simple timer that could be used with any 24V device? Could it be use to control a 24V fan?

No it can't. Reason being is that there are no "guts" to this "timer". This is really just a button and a light to complete a circuit, all the timer controls are within the HRV/ERV. So it doesn't actually time anything.... Bryan
