12758 Replacement Media Filter

We can't buy these filters locally, and every time we find them on line, the place disappears or goes out of business or quits carrying them. Now this is my first purchase and I'm very happy. And the price didn't shoot up like everything else has after the pandemic. Their price was super comparable to what we paid else where before the pandemic. As long as their prices stay like they are, I'm a customer for life. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Toni I bought furnace filters.

The two filters I received were seconds. This particular filter is made up of accordion-like pleats. A ribbon spans the tops of the pleats about eight inches in from either end. The glue was overapplied on each ribbon. Excess glue had dripped down and fused many of the pleats together. The first filter was useable, but barely. I was able to separate the pleats and spread them enough to insert the filter into its frame, but it took up a great deal of time, and the filter was torn in many places which hinders its effectiveness. Opening the second filter's box revealed the same problem.
