Perfect drop in replacement
I bought this as a replacement for an existing pump. I told the fam to expect the water to be off for about an hour and more if I needed to make a run for parts. I was back up and running in 20 minutes. It took longer to drain the water lines than to swap the pump. Instructions say to let the auto function run for a week to adjust. Make sure to do that as it took about two days for it to normalize. Also had to run it at level III for a little while to get air out of the system but it has run flawlessly and quietly ever since. I have to put my hand on it to convince myself it is running.

Good pump except removable cord system
If removing cord from pump ( it has locking pin) and then replugging, the cord socket is very sensitive to movement and you have to wiggle it to get good contact and then make sure cord doesn't move. I'm sure it has something to do with the small pins in the socket not aligning correctly when replugging.

Works as expected. Ive used this before on a boiler system, this time I used for a re-circ line. Its a very nice pump. Still not sure how it works exactly I just know I put it on AUTO and let it do its thing. 😂

Works Beautifully
Replaced a motion sensor activated system that was about 50/50 at getting the hot water circulated when needed. This pump is quieter and simply works. I run on the low setting and is perfect for what I need.
I have several other pumps and this is now the go to replacement.

Costs a little more than Gronfos cartridge, uses 1/5 power
Easy to swap out a Grundfos that needed a cartridge.
This one uses 1/5 the power so should pay for itself in 2 years.

Good pump except removable cord system
If removing cord from pump ( it has locking pin) and then replugging, the cord socket is very sensitive to movement and you have to wiggle it to get good contact and then make sure cord doesn't move. I'm sure it has something to do with the small pins in the socket not aligning correctly when replugging.

Versatile circulator pump for a small home radiant system
I've used many grundfos circulator pumps in various radiant heating projects. This one is a welcome improvement over earlier models, adaptable to a wide range of load requirements, and nicely engineered. I'm currently using this pump as the sole circulator for a radiant floor system in a my latest modular small home prototype, with no regrets.

This is the finest recirculating pump that I have purchased
Along with the flange kit is installed immediately into my system replacing a pump that was installed with the water heater and under performed from day one.
