Tech Support was Spot On!!
We wanted to extend the shower head arm by a few inches but didn't want the downward section of the arm to be longer than a standard 6" arm (low ceiling). The photo looked like it was exactly what we wanted but we didn't want to chance paying shipping and the arm wasn't as we expected. We contacted support to make sure and they went above and beyond by putting us through to the warehouse so they could measure the part. Confident it would be just right, we ordered the arm. It's PERFECT!! We would order from Supply House again in a heat beat. BTW, our local plumbing supplier recommended buying from Supply House! So glad they did.

I would buy this again.
The shower arm was slightly defective because the threads were not threaded properly. I was almost going to return it for a replacement but after struggling with it, I was able to start the threading. I really wanted to finish this job and not have to come back. It took me 15 minutes instead of the 1 minute to install this defective shower arm.
