First part was Defective. Customer service is great!
I got a defective contactor (a manufacturing defect - I bench tested it days later). Called supplyhouse customer service. They had another one to me within a day. Kept my customer happy. I was not thrilled to go back to the job for a second time, but left everything so the part was ready to install/test.) Nice to have someone answer the phone and help.

Good quality
Prompt shipping, I installed this on our Lennox heat pump, old contactor points about gone, probably due to some one removing the plastic top exposing the points to dirt and what ever else flew in there. Contactor is just a giant relay 24 volt to close a 220V circuit so some juice is flowing across the points, takes very little on the surface to start arcing and degrading. New one from Supply House identical, good quality went on easy, works fine

Highly recommend buying from Supplyhouse
