Works, a little noisy, not efficient but not an energy hog
This looks like it is well made and I expect it will be reliable, though time will tell. Its effiency is pretty bad compared to what is possible based on pumps for other applications, but in most applications it will only run for something like one minute an hour, so the efficiency won't matter much. And I don't know of any condensate pumps that are siginficantly more efficient. It is moderately noisy ... a lower-speed pump would be a better choice in a noise-sensitive location.
Excellent price. No reason to spend more, unless you need a quite low-capacity model. Or unless it is for an application where it will run a lot and you can find an option with better efficiency.

Powerful pump with a weakness
Pumps quickly so runs briefly...the moderate noise doesn't bother me.
Unfortunately the quick-release clip has only two tiny plastic tabs to hold in the coupling and its duckbill one-way valve against considerable pump pressure. Even though I had used glue to reinforce them, one tab broke after a year and the coupling began leaking. Glad SupplyHouse honored the two-year warranty.
If they make the coupling a twist-lock, Mars will have be a great pump.

This is actually the second time I am purchasing this very same pump. The float inside my first condensate removal pump broke - it was broken by accident by my HVAC guy. The reason I am purchasing this pump again is because the first pump lasted for several years...much longer than the previous Little Giant pump I owned.
