If you need a 1/2" threaded gate valve, well, this is one.
These are good all-around gate valves for use in the home. I used this particular valve to control a boiler's cold-water feed. The threads are clean and the valve stem moves nicely.

Quality part for the money. Saves a buck compared to the big box stores which isn't much unless you buy in bulk. Quality equal to what you would find at the other stores

LEAK
Installed two of these and both leak. Cranked closed and still drips. Will be replacing with WATTS style ball valves.
