Bait and switch tactics
Placed my purchase on this fan motor based on brand MORRILL Motors reputation and quality. But little did I know I would be swindled into buying lower quality brand. Order was switched out for a cheaper brand at the same Greater quality brand price. I did not receive a quality Morrill motor but did receive a lower quality Packard unit bearing motor. When I contacted customer service about this they stated that Morrill and Packard was same company and offered to accept my return. I contacted Morrill and asked about this they said they are not related to Packard company

Ordered a Morrill Motors, but was sent a Packard motor, item showed alot of inventory, so no reason to switch to a different brand. And no, they aren't the same. I needed to get unit up and running so no time to wait for or order the Morrill motor

Commercial chest cooler, product arrived in a perfect outer box,factory box inside was torn apart and grease smudged, bearing cap on end was smashed in but didnt affect motor, had to use it didnt have time to wait for a replacement part possibly in the same condition
