Stupid Easy to use
These are the assembly pieces to a radiant heating manifold. Now everything fit perfectly, was easy to use, and i didnt have a single leak. All of which was great but the best part was how easliy these could be taken apart and reassembled. I was upgrading my Radiators from Asbestos laced pipes to pex and after i filled the system complete i realized one of them had cracked. Instead of draining the whole system. I just closed the other loops and popped this guy off and drained just the one run. I was amazing. With climp i would have had to cut the pex and run a new line, ( i didnt leave myself enough extra)

bad design
I used these on a 10 loop manifold, 50% of the connections leaked, The O rings are not durable and cut when installing them, the cinch rings on some did not grab the pipe tight enough to seal against the rigs in the fitting, I was in a bind and had use a different manufacturers O rings off their fittings and cinch rings. I ended up using a little petroleum jelly on the fittings to get them to slide into the manifold so as not to rip them. I inserted the fitting into the manifold 1st then put the pex tube onto the pre-inserted fitting, I have done many many radiant jobs and this is the 1st time I have had trouble with sort of thing.

Just what I wanted. Would buy again if needed.
I bought a manifold from another company but they had the wrong size PEX adapters listed on their website, so I ended up being stuck with 5/8 adapters instead of the 1/2 inch ones I needed. These fit the bill perfectly and my system is working fine now.

Needed item to make manifold work
Not too sure how to rate this item. Have to have it to use the manifold. They fit the 1/2" Pex just fine and screwed right up on the manifold and sealed just fine. Don't think there is anything else you could use, so it's a must have item.

Great Value - Arrived quickly
Residential radiant floor heat - You need these to connect Bluefin Manifold to HePex tubing.
If you purchase the Bluefin manifold, be sure and get these as well (1/2 inch - 5/8 inch etc)

I would not buy again.
O rings are very soft. Had many cut when putting they together which caused leaks. Had to take many apart and replace with good o rings. Lots of lost time

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffNo specialized PEX tools are needed to make connections with these fittings. Keep in mind that these fittings are designed to make connections to manifolds that have EK20 threaded outlets.

With the PEX tubing I used there was no need for an expansion tool. Made a clean cut on tubing and pushed bushing in by hand.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThis fitting will not work with PEX-AL-PEX, but it is compatible with Rifeng manifolds. Use part 2410500 or MA-50PAP with 1/2" PEX-AL-PEX.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis fitting (MA-38P) will work with your tubing, but it is designed to attach to Rifeng radiant heat manifolds. It only works with EK20 thread, which you won't find in many other places.
