Issue out of the box
The fan blade wasn't pushed on the motor shaft all the way so it started to smoke when I put the louver on. Easy fix but I am glad the motor didn't burn out. The smell alerted the client. I also had to to bend the louver a little to give fan blade a little extra spacing
