These pilot burner/igniter-sensors provide pilot flame ignition and sensing in intermittent pilot systems. They consist of a target type pilot burner with a combination spark igniter and flame sensor mounted in place of the thermocouple.

Universal furnace pilot igniter
As usual, spit on replacement part. You've supplied me parts, blower motor, fan, and now igniter to keep my 29 year old Heil furnace running, saving me hundreds, if not thousands!

I would by this product again.
Works fine. It is important to note that a good, dedicated ground back to the control module is critical for consistent performance. Also the thick high voltage lead must offer minute to no resistance back to the control module. The milliamp flame signal carried on this circuit is easily blocked by resistance that can increase as parts heat up. An intermittent open can be jumped by ignition voltage fooling the unwary because the burner lights off.

Batwing hood
A direct replacement for my Crown BSI gas boiler. Comes with all the different jets for different fuels. Nice to see PEX stocks this item now as it used to have a very long lead time. This is a good spare part to have on hand, along with an extra gas valve.
