Rheem was out of stock, Supply House had it in Stock
Perfect OEM replacement for my Rheem Performance Platinum 40 Gal hot water heater. Model # XE40M12EC55U1
Rheem warranty parts was out of stock and Supply house got it to me in 4 days. Filled claim for reimbursement with Rheem, reimbursement will take 6-10 weeks with Rheem. However Supply House got me the Part that was needed.
