The Santa Fe Ultra98 is designed to deliver exceptional indoor air quality by providing dedicated moisture control, fresh air mechanical ventilation and superior air filtration (MERV-13) to the entire home. The unit features an extremely well-insulated, compact horizontal cabinet (optional vertical discharge) for the ultimate in quiet operation.
Optional fresh outdoor air may be ducted to the unit. This provides fresh air to dilute pollutants and maintain high oxygen content in the air. The amount of fresh air ventilation can be regulated by a variety of dampers and controls.

Excellent
I'm in South Louisiana where on average we are at 94% humidity in the winter and 100% most days during summer. So I didn't want to mess around in this department. The ULTRA98 is a great piece. Excellent build quality, runs quiet, and is a humidity slayer! Keeps my 2200SF single story at 38%RH with ease. The Sante Fe DEH3000 Controller is a must-have for this unit especially if you are rigging fresh air ventilation. I first tried it with my Ecobee Premium, but Ecobee can't do the job or controlling the DEHU and the HVAC properly. I highly recommend this unit.
