I bought 90 installed about 70 of them half leak
These leak all over the place on my pool install on both suction and pressure side of the pool. This was a really expensive mistake on my part using the part with testing it first. Big Leakage Problems.

3/4" PVC sch 80 Union
Freeze up caused existing union attached to sprinkler system well pressure tank to crack while inside garage. Local stores didn't carry this. Thanks to Supply house It was shipped quickly and ready to install once system goes back on line.

Future time saver
Bought these for my landscape irrigation valves. Sure, you can cut the pipe and solvent weld new couplings when the valves need to be replaced (which is exactly what I had been doing), but it's much easier and quicker to do it with unions. One-and-done. I just wish I'd done it sooner.

I would get this again!
I use these on my well system. I keep them all the same just in case something goes wrong. When my tank went dry (due to relay) it got the transfer pump so hot it melted the PVC fittings and union. I had one on hand, but need extra's for the future, just in case...again. :)

PERFECT!!!
I bought two of these unions to make water hose quick connecting adapters for flushing heater coils on a yachts chiller system! Chiller system has a 1"PVC header... They work beautifully!
