I bought several of these and installed all but two of them. After setting and confirming the line pressure was 55 psi, we charged the lines. Within 15 minutes they started blowing off. We shut down the line and tried again. We reduced the pressure to 45psi and tightened the compression connection as tight at the PVC should would allow. We charged the lines and again they started popping off.
