The descriptor while correct does not indicate the field conditions you may need to finesse to make the pump operable, still a good value way to repair a pump. A good inspection of your existing pump housing should be done before ordering the cartridge. A complete cleaning and flush is necessary prior to new cartridge installation.

Extremely easy to install
I had no idea what I had to do to fix my inoperative circulator pump. I had called a plumber to replace it but he couldn't get to me for a few weeks. I took a chance and ordered this after watching the video on the site. It was even easier then they showed. Works like a charm. I ended up ordering a couple more for my other zones. Took about 15 minutes start to finish.

Prompt service, great price. Replaced the original cartridge in an 008 circulator for my garage heater that woke me at 12 AM screeching. Quieter than the original when it was brand new. I would recommend this seller and product to any one who needs one.
