quick shipping, orings showed up. My only complaint is no instructions in terms of Which one to use the round or square as it comes with 2 and the old one was basically gone. it looks like it was eaten by the water - melted away over time... really strange honestly. I went with the square as that is the style in the Cartridge kit. Yes I ordered both but didn't need the Cartridge yet so it sits on my shelf as a backup.

This product met my expectations

Used o ring to stop leak on taco pump # 008-f6-3IFC. After replacing o-ring pump continues to leak. Package contained two o-rings one square the other round. I used the square one but continued with leaking issue. There was no indication in the packaging of which o-ring to use,

I think there is a problem with the pump casing. On opening the pump i noticed the o-ring wrapped around the impeller shaft. All the screws were tight so the o-ring should not have slipped out of its groove. So far everything is working ok. I was disappointed that supply house only gives 1 pump replacement under the warranty.

I had to remove the cartridge and wanted to have these O-rings available in case I needed to change these. Placed the order (along with some other parts) on Monday and they were here within 2 days. Prices and shipping costs were low in comparison to other online stores. Had to call customer service and they were excellent as well. Will certainly look to get all my plumbing supplies here from now on.
