Second time writing this as the first one's text got garbled.
SupplyHouse saved the day by both having inventory of this product on hand, and being able to ship it out so quickly. Last night my mixing block gave up the ghost and completely ceased functioning. This mixing block was driving my radiant system which heats my home so you can imagine how important this component is.
I ordered a replacement unit last night, and as I type this the next day, the new parts are doing a purge and the system seems like it is back to normal.

Works great, but has one small isssue
Needs to be installed on a dedicated electrical circuit or a power filter installed on the outlet. This device doesn't like dirty power. No indication of this in the instructions, only found out after contacting Viega technical support.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThe pump on the hydronic mixing block mounts to an engineered plastic mold. The motor housing and other components are made of steel. The pump's impeller is made of plastic.
