Not what I needed
The tools I had were too wide to crimp the pex side. Had to return for a different connection so I could use a crimp ring.

Q: Are you able to secure the PEX connection with any generic PEX crimping tool (for example, the Apollo Multi-Head PEX Crimping Tool) or does it require a special device?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffPex Press fittings require specific Pex Press tools or jaws, in the case of the automatic tool. Standard crimp tools will not work.
