Heavy Stainless Steel = Solid
Had a rusted out metal toilet flange ring. Cut out the old one and replaced it with this. I like that it fits underneath the PVC flared out lip to provide firm support. The thick stainless steel seems very sturdy.
When you need to replace the metal ring on a toilet flange, this is the product to use.

Nope.
This repair ring hasn't fit any standard closet flange I've tried one on. It won't close far enough to screw the second retaining screw in.

Roller clamp
Clamp fit was hard to start on but I used clamps to draw it together and once clamped it would spin into position and screw down 1986 house piping wasn't pcv so a little bit of thought goes a long ways tight is right

Nice solution for flange repair
The steel of my existing toilet flange had totally rusted out. I had made a purchase of one repair solution. I reconsidered because it was constructed of powder coated steal. I instead opted for this two piece stainless steel clam flange ring (USA made) that fit the bill.

Great water closet flange repair parts! Although there may be some brands of metal ringed pvc WC flanges that they won't fit, but I haven't found one yet.
