Great product, but horrible packaging
Supply house, always ships its items way over packaged in non-biodegradable plastic bags and bubble wrap. It would be nice if they moved to fewer plastic bags that end up blowing around job sites and end up in our waterways. They could also move from bubble wrap to more earth, friendly options, such as paper and cardboard based packaging materials

Got the job done
The stuff I bought enabled me to accept & finish a job that 2 other plumbers wouldn't touch. I never worked with this exact product before. I was expecting a flexible pipe, but the one I got ended up being rigid. The work-around was easy enough, and actually made the finished job better, but it took more time to do. My only negative comment is that the on-line description could have been more detailed to let me know better what I was getting.
