LFDPG1 2-1/2" Pressure Gauge - Lead Free (0-100 psi)

I added pressure gauges on either side of my filtration system. Both gauges read the same static pressure. This means I will have an accurate measure of the pressure drop across the filters.

Gauge works great. Installed along with a pressure reduction valve in my house. It lets me keep an eye on the pressure at a glance.

I originally bought two of them to use for delta pressure across the 10 micron filter. When I tested them new, they read identically on static pressure before the filter element was installed. Two or three years later they still do and that's 32 grain hard water. Since I installed them I've replaced three failed well discharge pressure gages from a local store. I bought the third one to replaced the string of failed gages and it's working great. So are the two on the filter.

Product arrived on time, as described. Works properly, no leaks.

This is a very accurate pressure gage, I am very pleased with how it performs.

The gage works well but I was expecting a metal housing.

I used this to make a water pressure gauge to put on either side of my whole house filters. I had pex so I used a pex tee to a male thread adapter and used a 1/8" to 1/4" bushing. I have two filters on my system since we have well water. The first one catches all the junk and the second one polishes it off so nothing gets into the house. With these installed and new filters, I am showing a 2-3psi difference between incoming water pressure and after filters. I bought all the parts for two of these gauges for the price of one pre-made piece made by a certain sea dwelling animal.

The higher cost of this gauge is justified given it's larger size. It is easy to read as compared to the smaller gauge.
