Poor Quality
Purchased 2 of these January of '17 installed them and less than 18 months later they're leaking at the seam and the valve pack. They were installed on a hot water heater that is "out of sight" and must have been dripping for some time as they have dripped down and caused a significant amount of additional damage. Would not recommend.

Need better parts QC
Purchased 17 brass fittings for a backflow installation job. Ended up with a river leak between the mpt end of a valve and the fpt end of a union, plus a pinhole leak in the middle of a nipple. Replacement parts bought locally fixed the problem but the additional time and money more than offset any savings gained from lower web prices. I may be naive on this point, but defect rates of 10 to 15% on parts seems high, especially for parts that cost as much as these do. In summary- great service, but supply chain QC needs work.
