valve saves lots of time
Screw in one of these 1/8" ball valves wherever you use a high vent. Valve it off whenever the times comes to replace a leaking hi vent. No mess, no system draining down and no air purging. Note: Depending on the type of hi vent you use sometimes you need to screw into the valve a short 1/8 nipple and 1/8 coupling first.

Good little ball valve
Ball valves this small are hard to find locally, but supplyhouse.com had 'em in stock and got one to me promptly. I used it to replumb the oil drain on my air compressor and I have no doubt it will last as long as the compressor. It's a good, well made part.
