This thermostat has min and max temp settings and 3 heat cycle rate settings. Has a lot of features for the price, happy so far. The optional trim plate is great also

Perfect substitute for discontinued thermostat
Easy install. We don't need the programming though other than to set the temperature, so we just turn the heat on and off when we need it. Hint:: to use it this way, fan must be set to auto otherwise it stays on all the time.
