Contractor Grade - not worth the money
Currently installed as the main sump in basement with 10 ft rise to grade. First of this version was installed by builder, but "died" after builder failed to seal sump well correctly; rocks/sand broke bottom plate. Luckily we kept the first one. Second one now has float switch issues so had to revert to using the repaired first edition. At 1/4 HP, it is no wonder why this little guy has been running from every 15 to 45 minutes based on recent rains. I can only imagine that is why the float switch went out on the second one. Buy 1/3 or 1/2 HP to solve this issue (not necessarily this brand).
