Trusted Partner Policies
Product Pricing & Seller Identification
We believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing and product sourcing. On every product listing, we clearly label who is selling the item:
- SupplyHouse — Items sold and fulfilled directly by SupplyHouse.
- Trusted Partner — Items listed and fulfilled by one of our trusted third-party suppliers.
The seller label is displayed on the product page, cart, and checkout, so you always know exactly who you're purchasing from before completing your order.
Prices for Trusted Partner items may be different from SupplyHouse-priced items. All prices displayed are final listing prices inclusive of any applicable fees, with no hidden charges added at checkout.
Promotions & Discounts
We want to make sure you get the best value on every purchase. Promotions and coupons apply to Trusted Partner items, subject to eligibility:
- Discounts can be applied to Trusted Partner items where the item qualifies under the terms and conditions.
- Eligibility will be clearly indicated on the promotion or product page.
Please note that not all promotions, or discounts may apply to every Trusted Partner item. If a promotion doesn't apply to a specific item, we'll communicate it clearly during the checkout process.

How Trusted Partner Orders Are Shipped
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your Trusted Partner order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.
You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Account page:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to Order History & Returns.
- Select the relevant order to view its current status and tracking information.
Delivery Times
Trusted Partner items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so delivery timelines may vary depending on the supplier's location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product page and at cart and checkout.
Important Notes
- If your order contains both trusted Partner and SupplyHouse items, you'll receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers.
- For issues related to the delivery of a Trusted Partner item, please contact our Customer Service team.
Trusted Partner Returns
Trusted Partner items are fully covered by Supplyhouse's standard return policy. To return a Trusted Partner item, follow the same process as for any other order:
- Online: Initiate your return directly through our website by logging into your Account page, selecting the relevant order, and following the return instructions.
- Customer Service: Contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to assist you in processing your return.
In some cases, additional documentation may be requested to process your return, such as photos of the item and packaging, a packing slip, or tracking information. This information helps us determine the appropriate return route for your order.
