Excellent Customer Service
Michele at iSpring REALLY helped me out. I'm retired and enjoy offgrid/boondock camping.
I made this totally portable contraption using the iSpring UVF55FS UV filter/sanitizer (See attached photo). Involves a 12v inverter, pre-filter on the pickup, a 12v RV pump, the iSpring UVF55FS, and a finer particulate filter. The UV light runs off the small 12v inverter, the pump is of course 12v, I plug in a 12v battery, run a hose to my RV, and can fill my 50g fresh tank in about 10 minutes. As long as I have sun for solar, food and water, I'm set. The whole thing only draws 6.8amps while running.
I bought the iSpring UVF55FS and made this thing just as covid hit and campgrounds closed down everywhere.
The other day..... I dropped it. The iSpring UVF55FS is meant to be hard-mounted, not carried around, and it shattered the internal quartz protector sleeve and the UV bulb. Sounded like a Maracas Musical Instrument. Oh Son of a *^$).
Called iSpring, talked to Michele, had my Visa in hand to order another one.....she sent me all new parts for FREE! I'm well outside of any warranty, and who warranties a dropped product anyway? Totally took care of me, and being retired every dollar counts, no matter how little it may seem to others.

Seems like good construction but parts do not match the spec
The housing and overall quality seems high, but the flow switch I received is different than what's in the pictures / manual - no control knob or settings, and there is an LCD display that shows a countdown timer after use. Maybe/maybe not an issue, but confusing when trying to follow the manual.
The big issue is that the threads on the brass flow switch housing are certainly not NPT - they are straight threads that need a gasket to seal. If you try to put them into the 1" NPT, you get heavy leaking. A gasket is included for the female side, but nothing for the male. 1" Straight threads are not a very common part in my experience, and I'm now having to hack in a 1" water heater flex fitting on the outlet in order to get a tight seal on the outlet of the flow switch.

Decent product but could be better...
Other reviews mention the straight threads, and that is definitely the case. The unit seems to work fine but trying to get those threads to seal is a real pain. I can't imagine installing this in a customer's house and returning multiple times to fix small leaks. You would quickly move to another product. Aside from the thread issue, the brackets that hold it in place are too tight and it's seemingly impossible to get both of them to clip in place. Note the zip ties in my photos. Yikes.

Good quality but think about mixing valve placement
the manual just says PLACE THE FLOW SWITCH WHERE YOU WANT but you need to think about it since the power supply has to connect to both the mixing valve and the bulb, and the wire is not long enough to put the flow switch and the bulb on opposite sides of the product. If you're putting the flow switch on the bottom, the bulb must go on the bottom.
Otherwise its a wonderful product, very solid.

Outstanding Customer Service from iSpring and Supply House
The Uv Filter was installed back on 9-30-23 and functioned properly to treat my well water. The uv light bulb starting burning out prematurely. I spoke to Supply House customer service about one bulb only lasting one week. Supply House shipped out a replacement bulb immediately. I also spoke to Sean at iSpring to see if there could be an issue with the light power supply ballast. Sean informed me that the units now come with a different ballast unit and my ballast may be faulty. Sean had a new upgraded ballast, flow switch and replacement bulb shipped to me at no charge. For iSpring to cover a unit over a year past the purchase date at no cost was unexpected. iSpring and Supply House customer service is first class.

Great Customer Service
Bought this since it looked like it checked all the right boxes - good flow rate, well constructed, flow switch gave greater bulb life, US Customer service. Agreed with other reviews that the flow switch with straight threads to NPT did leak a little with the rubber gasket. Little extra teflon tape and sealant seemed to seal it.
Ballast went into error mode and Francis at iSpring sent out new style ballast, flow switch, and bulb to make sure everything was replaced to new. Got the part in a couple of days and back up and running. The updated ballast only has 2 switch positions and a 300 second countdown timer. Contacted Francis again and he updated me on the workings of the new ballast. Definitely like the idea that if no water flow in a 24 hour period will set off an auto 300 second dose of UV.
Great product for my 4 stage filter and great customer service from Francis.

Awesome product and even better customer service
This is a great product that is extremely well made and the kit comes with everything you need to make it work. Customer service (with Francis) was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed a faulty ballast and to make sure everything was going to work on 1st repair, he sent the (updated) ballast, flow switch and bulb.
This was quite unexpected and I was very impressed at the speed that Francis had me back up and running. The new ballast has a great feature when in the AUTO (flow switch) mode that if water doesn't flow for 24 hours it will run a 5 minute cleanse cycle to ensure water doesn't stagnate in the chamber. Great ide.
Once again, iSpring Water Systems has a great product and Francis shows how customer service should work.

Easy to install with 2 major flaws
The brackets that mount to the wall don't come with screws. Standard 12,10,8 are all too. Big for the screw holes. I had to back burn a drill bit to increase the diameter for the screw head to be recessed.
Second major flaw is the flow meter. Either the gasketr seal needs to be made significantly thicker, or it needs a different internal diameter. I had myself and another plumber attempt to fit it onto the end of the UV housing. It would leak because it wasn't tight enough make the nut a swivel joint! That would .make it 1000% better. The gasket gets pulled into the threads.
