The Q3451 Intermittent Pilot Burners provide pilot flame ignition and sensing for intermittent ignition systems. They consist of a pilot burner with a single rod combination spark igniter/flame sensor, orifice assembly, and compression fitting.

Needed for my boiler
The mounting was a little different than what was in my boiler. A little modification to the bracket and I was good to go. Supplyhouse.com is great I ordered the wrong parts the first time. They accepted my return back without question and returned my money within 2 days. In the meantime I ordered the correct part and now my house is nice and warm.

Universal intermittent pilot burner
Not exactly sure if I was on the right part for my boiler but after reading the detailed description provided by Supplyhouse on there website I was pretty sure I got the right part and yes it was the right part and also a quality part. Worked great.
Bought as a replacement for my Buderus G124SP. I only needed the igniter due to the pilot line coming out and flames melting the wire (since repaired).
Surprised to see it came with two separate igniters with different length wires and not just two wires. Now I have a spare.
