Customer Service is great!
Called customer service as I was not sure I would choose the correct part for my water heater online. Provided the needed info to locate the part to a customer service rep.I was given a "stock number". Could not locate part on the website. Asked could we complete the sale by phone. He responded yes, and we did. No transfer to another person, just "let's do this attitude", customer service!
And then sent me a t-shirt that says "thanks".

Works fine but I've had a number of these fail within a year
Not experienced this with T&P valves of this type in the past. Seem to develop a dripping leak much sooner than the past. Using the same water heater with the same water running at the same temperature set point. Have had to completely relieve pressure on the tank to get the valve to reseat after testing. Don't know if I've received "quality escapes" or something else has changed

Life a bit shorter than expected
Replaced in 1 year when wouldn't seal tight after test. Application has correctly working and pressurized expansion tank on inlet so it isn't weeping due to over pressure
